Project-specific terms, pricing, and deliverables are defined in written statements of work (“SOWs”). In case of conflict between these Terms and an SOW, the SOW controls for the relevant engagement.

PR outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee coverage, placements, or specific results. The Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
